The Prodigy Development Pathway

More Than Training. A Development Pathway.

Every Prodigy Pod is part of a structured development process designed to identify each player’s needs, provide focused training, and track progress throughout their training block.

  1. Assess

    Identify strengths and development priorities.

  2. Train

Focused small-group sessions built around player needs.

  3. Track

Coaches monitor progress, attendance, and development.

  4. Evaluate

Review progress at the end of the training block.

  5. Advance

Receive recommendations for the player's next development phase.

10 sessions. Individual feedback. Measurable development. A clear next step.
